• Clearly fill in details for order and fax to 1300 564 899 (Australia only) or 02 9939 7988 anytime.
• Call us direct on 1300 564 799 (1300 KNG SWY) (Australia only) or 02 9939 8988 between 9.00am-5.00pm EST Monday-Friday.(Excl. Public Holidays)

Payment made by:

• Credit card Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners.
• Direct Deposit: Kingsway Compounding, BSB 032 094 Account 255704
• Cheque (please put name and address on the back of the Cheque). Once received your order will be processed and delivered as per our delivery schedule.

Important

Please note that some items require a prescription (S4) from a qualified Medical Practitioner. You must post the original to Kingsway Compounding, 40/9 Powells road, Brookvale NSW 2100. A faxed copy can be sent to Kingsway Compounding to start the order. Once we receive the original prescription the order will be sent to you.
