For this newsletter, I would like to take this opportunity to explain to everyone why Kingsway Compounding is different to most other compounding pharmacies. Nutritional Needs
Kingsway can make nutritional supplements unique to the patient and their lifestyle. These formulations contain many different combinations of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids. We are the leading compounding pharmacy in Australia for all ASD (biomedical) treatments and have over 10 years experience in all Pfeiffer and DAN! protocols. In fact, Kingsway was the first compounding pharmacy to introduce Pfeiffer treatments into Australia. We proudly support the work of Dr. William (Bill) Walsh, Mary Megson (M.D.), James Neubrander (M.D.), among others, and are dedicated to providing the most up-to-date treatment options to our customers (be it a patient or practitioner). Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
Bio-identical means that despite being synthetically made, these biologically active molecules are biochemically indistinguishable from the molecules that exist naturally in our body. Working closely with your qualified practitioner we can formulate individual BHRT compound that may assist in correcting hormonal imbalances. Preparations include; progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, biest, triest, thyroid (T3), alone or in combination, as capsules, creams, pessaries or a troche and more (please refer to our web store for more information on specific BHRT products available).

Chelation
Biochemical imbalances in the body are often linked to an overload of toxic heavy metals. We can make capsules, transdermal creams and suppositories with chelating agents that may help facilitate the removal of these heavy metals, via a qualified practitioner. Such agents include; DMSA, DMPS, TTFD, EDTA and ALA (please refer to our web store for more information on specific chelation products available).

Sterile Medicines
Our certified class C (ISO7) sterile clean room allows us to make a variety of sterile compounds. For example; eye drops and eye ointments (including hypertonic saline drops and tetracycline eye ointment), injections (such as hydroxy/adenosyl and methylcobalamin – following the Neubrander protocol), along with many other compounds which must be made under aseptic conditions (please refer to our web store for more information on specific sterile products available).

Dermatologicals
Working closely with our dermatology specialist we can compound a vast array of creams, ointments, lotions etc., for chronic skin conditions unsuccessfully treated with conventional preparations. Combination preparations that include tretinoin, hydroquinone, glycolic acid, niacinamide, just to name a few (please refer to our web store for more information on specific dermatological products available).

Anti-parasitic Treatments
We can compound specialised anti-parasitic compounds for Blastocystis hominis, Dientamoeba fragilis, Entamoeba histolytica. Such compounds include; Secnidazole, Diloxanide and Nitazoxanide.
