- To register for access to all parts of site -
- Go to the ‘Practitioner tab’ and scroll down to the ‘Practitioner Form’
- Fill in all your details
- Remember to Tick the box if you want your details added to the ‘Find a practitioner’ page. Private details like mobile numbers will not be added.
- You will obtain immediate access and be automatically logged in.
- To receive our E-news letter -
- If you have not registered for site access, Click on ‘Subscribe to Newsletter’ and enter brief details.
- If you have registered for site access you will automatically receive the E-newsletter.
- If you do not wish to receive our E-newsletter then click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the end of the E-newsletter when you receive it.
