Customer Announcement: We will continue to safely deliver your medicine

We are currently living in difficult and extraordinary times.

With the unprecedented COVID-19 well upon us now, we have put in strict measures (in accordance with our ISO risk assessment of the situation) to protect you, to protect our staff and to ensure the continued supply of quality consistent compounds for you and your loved ones.

The health and safety of our staff, our customers and the greater community is always our first priority. We have made the extraordinary decision to stop customers directly dropping off and picking up prescriptions from our reception area, effective immediately.

This will not apply to customers who already have items waiting for collection. Please believe us when we say that we have not taken this decision lightly.

We have developed a new and safe process which will be implemented as below

1. There will be envelopes outside the pharmacy to hand in prescriptions
2. Make sure that you write down your name, address and contact number clearly on the envelope
3. We will get in touch with you and organise payment, delivery and most importantly, counselling about your medication.
